Your name and title
Exactly as you want them to appear. If your title changes depending on who's asking, give us the one that opens doors.

Your business name
The name people know you by, plus the full legal name if it's different. The carrier registration needs the legal one.

Your logo
The best quality you have. A PNG with a see-through background is ideal. Only have a screenshot from your website? Send it anyway.

A headshot
It doesn't need to be professional. A clear, well-lit photo of your face beats a good photo of your logo. People save people, not brands. Send the original from your phone, not a screenshot, so it stays sharp.

Your contact card (.vcf)
This is the file everyone who scans your code gets: one tap and you're saved in their phone with your name, number, email and photo. Easiest way: build it in our free contact card builder. It takes about two minutes. On iPhone: Contacts → your card → Share Contact. On Android: Contacts → your profile → ⋮ → Share → vCard.

Six things you do

Your logo, your headshot and your contact card are the only things that really hold a build up. Everything else is a sentence or two.
Running a team or an office?
Send one set of business details plus a list of your people, and we'll collect the rest from them directly. You shouldn't have to chase your own agents for headshots.
