These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website, the communications you receive from Redway AI ("we," "us," or "our"), and any e-business card service you purchase from us. By using this site, submitting our form, or purchasing our service, you agree to these terms.

Use of This Site

This site is provided for informational purposes and to let you request contact from us. You agree to provide accurate information and not to use this site for any unlawful purpose.

Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number and giving consent, you agree to receive text messages from Redway AI at the number provided, including follow-up about your inquiry, appointment reminders, and service updates.

• Message frequency may vary.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
• Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent.
• Reply HELP at any time for assistance.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Supported carriers may change; message delivery is subject to carrier limitations.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how your information is handled.

If you provide an email address, you may receive email responses and updates related to your inquiry. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

The Service We Provide

Redway AI builds and hosts a branded e-business card for you: a custom web page, a QR code, a lead-capture form, and an automated text follow-up, together with hosting, security, and ongoing support. We also register the carrier campaign that business text messaging requires, and provide a dedicated texting number for your card.

We aim to have new cards live normally within 2–3 business days of receiving everything we need from you. That is a target, not a guarantee — timelines depend on how quickly you supply your logo, photo and business details, and on carrier registration times, which are outside our control.

Fees & Payment

• Setup fee: $197 one-time for an individual card. Team and brokerage pricing is per seat and is quoted before purchase.
• Service fee: $29.99 per month (or the per-seat monthly rate quoted for teams), billed monthly in advance, starting 30 days after your setup payment.
• Included dashboard tools: the business card reader, website builder, social posting and reputation tools are included in the monthly fee at no extra charge.
• Text message usage is billed separately by the messaging platform at its own rates. We do not mark it up. Your dedicated number and carrier campaign fee are included in your monthly fee.

All prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes. We may change our pricing for future billing periods on 30 days' notice; your setup fee is never charged twice.

Billing & Renewal

The setup fee is due before work begins. The monthly service fee starts 30 days after your setup payment and renews automatically each month until you cancel. You authorise us to charge your payment method on file for recurring fees.

If a payment fails we will contact you. If fees remain unpaid 10 days past due we may suspend your card, which means it will stop loading for anyone who scans your QR code. We will restore it once the account is current.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month — we do not pro-rate partial months. When the service ends, your card page goes offline and your dedicated texting number is released.

Export your contacts before you cancel. We will help you do this on request, but we are not obliged to retain your data after the service ends.

Refunds

• Before we start building: the setup fee is fully refundable.
• After we start building: the setup fee is non-refundable, because the work and the carrier registration fee have already been incurred on your behalf.
• Monthly fees are non-refundable, including for partial months.
• Text message usage already sent is non-refundable.

If something is genuinely wrong with what we delivered, tell us — we would rather fix it than argue about a refund.

What We Need From You

To build and run your card we need you to provide accurate business details, your logo and photo, and truthful information for carrier registration. You confirm that you have the right to use any content you send us, and that you will use the text messaging feature lawfully and only with the consent of the people you message.

Carriers may reject or suspend a messaging campaign based on the information provided or how the service is used. We are not responsible for a carrier's decision, and fees already paid to carriers are not recoverable.

Ownership

Your brand, your content, and the contact records you collect are yours. The underlying designs, templates, code and automations are ours, and we license them to you for use with your card for as long as your service is active. Cancelling ends that licence.

Unless you ask us not to, we may reference your card as an example of our work.

Third-Party Services

Your card depends on services we do not control, including the messaging platform, mobile carriers, and our hosting provider. Their outages, price changes, or policy decisions may affect your service. We will work around them where we can, but we are not liable for them.

Service Availability

We work to keep your card fast and online, but we do not offer a guaranteed uptime commitment. We may take the service down briefly for maintenance or updates.

Intellectual Property (This Website)

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without written consent.

Disclaimer

Information on this site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our communications.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Redway AI operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
